About This Project

This is New York Seventh Avenue, the Fashion Avenue in Midtown NYC. All the fashion houses, menswear, womenswear collections have worked from this fashion district in Manhattan. This penthouse located in the Garment district on Broadway had five different collections.

This job was done with a modest budget with big interior design. This was primarily done through retail and restaurant suppliers to create the ambience of a high end fashion line using a more conservative budget ran the interior design on this project.

We took an existing outdoor roof and turned it into a Palatial Garden, overlooking Time Square which the new Westwood/Hells Kitchen which is one of the hottest areas in Manhattan.
