This Boutique Company called iStay was an early creation of Darren Lecher resembling todays AIRBNB and HomeAways format.

This is located in New York, Hells Kitchen right below 57th Street in Manhattan, Borough of New York City.

Has a mid Century flavor but truly is contemporary using classic materials such as wood, zebra marble, wide planked mahogany floors, and warehouse style lighting is the overall and successful interior design of Interior Design & Company Inc. located at 48th Street off 10th Avenue.
